Job Description
As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, managing staff, and ensuring that guests are satisfied with their stay. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing in the position
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel, including but not limited to:
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction
- Managing the budget and financial performance of the hotel
- Supervising and training staff to ensure high standards of service and compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Managing the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel’s facilities and equipment
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Overseeing the marketing and sales efforts of the hotel
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Must have skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong financial and budget management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and improving guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems
